Service scope

Veltera provides configurable operational software. It does not provide clinical, legal, billing, supervisory, or treatment advice and does not replace professional judgment.

Customer responsibilities

Customers control authorized users, workspace configuration, documentation policy, legal bases, client care, and appropriate use. AI and automation outputs require human oversight.

Subscriptions

Plan, term, renewal, trial, promotion, cancellation, taxes, and payment terms will be defined in an order form and commercial schedule. Marketplace and add-on commercial terms are not included in this milestone.

Acceptable use and availability

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious content, or use Veltera to make unlawful automated decisions. Final service levels, warranties, limitations, dispute terms, and governing law require counsel approval.
