AI features are organization-configurable and feature-flagged. Access follows the requesting person’s existing permissions and authorized Workspace context.

Organizations enable approved features. People choose when to request assistance, then review, revise, or ignore every result.

Evidence-bound

Insights reference authorized source records, timestamps, reasoning summaries, and confidence or data-sufficiency indicators where appropriate.

Authorized approval required

Draft content remains a draft. The responsible person reviews accuracy and makes every submission, signature, approval, or professional decision.

Current availability: AI assistance is not currently available for production use. Interactive demonstrations use simulated information and cannot affect customer records.
