VELTERA

Human-centered intelligence

AI assists. People decide.

Veltera uses AI to reduce administrative burden and improve awareness while preserving professional judgment, privacy, accountability, and the right to turn assistance off.

What AI can help with

Useful assistance, ready for review.

  • Organize authorized information into a selected documentation framework
  • Draft summaries and notes for a person to review
  • Surface overdue work and relevant authorized records
  • Explain why an operational insight appears
  • Help people find information they are already permitted to access

The boundary

Responsibility stays human.

  • Never signs, submits, locks, or approves a record
  • Never makes clinical, legal, employment, disciplinary, or supervisory decisions
  • Never bypasses organization, Workspace, role, program, location, or client-assignment boundaries
  • Never uses one organization’s records to inform another organization
  • Never turns a prediction into an automatic action

Control and transparency

Your organization decides when AI belongs.

AI features are organization-configurable and feature-flagged. Access follows the requesting person’s existing permissions and authorized Workspace context.

Optional by design

Organizations enable approved features. People choose when to request assistance and may ignore or revise the result.

Evidence-bound

Insights reference authorized source records, timestamps, reasoning summaries, and confidence or data-sufficiency indicators where appropriate.

Human review required

Draft content remains a draft. The responsible person reviews accuracy and makes every submission, signature, approval, or professional decision.

Production boundary: external production AI remains gated pending organization opt-in and final security, privacy, accessibility, professional-governance, and operational review. Current demonstrations use fictional data.
